Refund Policy

No one can predict the future with 100% accuracy.  For this reason, Tower Time Tarot cannot guarantee the accuracy of its readings.  While Sasha strives to provide information that is clear and relevant to all of her clients, there may be times when a question cannot be answered, when an answer is not completely clear, or when things simply turn out differently than expected after a reading.

For this reason, refunds are only available if Sasha is not able to complete the reading within the specified time frame.  If Sasha is unable to complete the reading within the specified time frame, the client may request a full refund.  Client have one week after the end of the delivery window to request a refund, although in such cases Sasha will try to proactively refund the client.  Once the reading has been completed, and the writeup provided to the client within the specified timeframe, or one week has passed since the end of the delivery window, a refund for that reading is no longer available.

In the rare instance that Sasha receives a reading request that is harassing, threatening, or that violates her terms and conditions (ie asks for something Sasha does not provide), Sasha reserves the right to furnish neither a reading nor a refund.
